In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Artificial English (AE) allows users to permanently delete their accounts and personal data through one of the following methods:
✅ Option 1: If You Can Access Your Account (Self-Service Deletion)
Follow these steps:
- Log in to your AE account at artificialenglish.com/login
- Go to Settings > Account
- Click on “Delete My Account”
- Confirm your password when prompted
- Click “Delete Account Permanently”
Your account and all related personal data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation upon completion.
✅ Option 2: If You Cannot Access Your Account (Admin-Handled Deletion)
If you’re unable to log in or prefer manual deletion, contact us:

Account Deletion Request
Once your identity is verified, we will delete your account and data within 7 business days. This includes data stored on third-party systems (e.g., analytics, email).
📌 Notes
- Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered.
- Some information (like transaction records) may be retained if legally required.
- AE fully complies with GDPR, Indian IT Act 2000, and other applicable data protection laws.
